Q: What is CAP Expo?
A: CAP Expo (Celebration and Party Expo) is the UK’s leading trade event for the celebration, party, and balloon industry. It brings together suppliers, decorators, retailers, and entertainment professionals for networking, education, and exclusive show specials.

Q: Why was CAP Expo created?

A: With the growth and expansion of the celebration and party industry in recent years it has become apparent that there is a desire for a dedicated trade expo for our industry where manufacturers and suppliers can showcase their products and demonstrate the lates trends to industry professionals. 

After discussions with some key industry figures ranging from manufacturers to retailers and party professionals, it became clear that they were all looking for a dedicated industry show hence the creation of CAP Expo in 2025. We are thrilled to be able to invite you to join us at the second installment of the Celebration & Party Expo in 2026.

Q: Who should attend CAP Expo?
A: Anyone in the celebration, party, or balloon industry, including balloon artists, face painters, soft play providers, retailers, event planners, and entertainers. If you are studying event management, wedding and party planning, small business management, event decoration, or a professional make-up course, this show is definitely for you.

Q: Is CAP Expo open to the public?
A: No, CAP Expo is a trade-only event, designed for industry professionals.

Q: Do I need to pay to come to the show?

A: No, but you must pre-register.

 

Q: What is included with my ticket?
A: Your ticket grants you access to the exhibition floor, networking opportunities, live demos, and exclusive show specials.

Q: Will there be exclusive show specials?
A: Yes! Many exhibitors will offer exclusive discounts, product launches, and deals only available at CAP Expo.

Q: Can I buy products at the show?
A: Yes! Some of our exhibitors will be selling a small range of products that they have selected specifically for the show, and of course you can order any items that our exhibitors sell, that will be delivered to you after the show.

Q: Will there be educational sessions or workshops - are these free?
A: Yes! CAP Expo features FREE expert-led seminars, and product demonstrations, to help attendees grow their businesses and learn new skills.

Q: I would like to come to the party but I will be on my own.
A: That’s absolutely fine! The CAP Expo party night is a friendly, inclusive event, and many people come on their own. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded people, make new connections, and have a great time. We’ll have a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and you won’t feel alone for long! A: Telford International Centre is easily accessible by car and public transport. The venue has parking available, and the nearest train station is Telford Central.

 

Q: Are there hotels nearby?

A: Yes! Telford has a range of hotels within walking distance of the venue. We recommend booking early, as accommodation fills up quickly.​​​​​
